Straight,piped-back blade of Damascus steel with yelmen,etched and gilt for half its length,on one face the motto "",the other side shows trophies and tendril decoration. Nickel-plated hilt with plastic grip. Iron scabbard with two movable carrying rings and cavalry eyelet,on the reverse a crowned cipher "L" with traces of gilding. The scabbard with fine pitting.
