Spc. Casie Young, a human resources specialist with the 147th Human Resources Command, Minnesota National Guard, loosens the end of a tourniquet on her leg after acting as a casualty for two other Soldiers to practice their lifesaving skills during combat lifesaver (CLS) course at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Aug. 16, 2021. The CLS course took place on an improved tactical training base during Combat Support Training Exercise (CSTX). The 78th Training Division, in charge of this rotation of CSTX, intends for the exercise to prepare Army Reserve Soldiers for near-peer adversary environments.
