Thrower, of Atlanta, were estab-lished at Rome, and included many ofthe Hill Citys leading men who wereopposed to liquor. Among the localunits were Sacred Promise Lodge , headed by C. G. Samuel; Forrest-ville Lodge No. 106, and Mothers HopeTemple No. 14. Among the leaderswere Judge Waller T. Turnbull, R. Gwaltney, Major Z. B. Hargrove,Judge J. W. H.
