Auguste Roedel??(French, 1859-1900) created this special cover art, The Cow Enraged, for the Promenade mad cow or Vachalcade is a carnival parade held in Montmartre in 1896 and 1897 by artists and Montmartre in response to the great processions of Fat Ox parading those years. More art connoisseurs are familiar with the Toulouse - Lautrec version.
