SOUTH CHINA SEA (July 15, 2022) Hull Technician 3rd Class Keon Duguid, from Piscataway, New Jersey, uses a naval firefighter’s thermal imager during a damage control drill aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76). Higgins is assigned to Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
