Large scale relief entitled 'The Birth of the City' in Yekaterinburg, Russia. The person at the left is probably the local peasant Yerofey Markov who discovered the first gold deposit in Russia in 1745. The persons at the right are probably belongs to the Old Believers movement (Raskolniki) who worked at the Yekaterinburg iron-making plant.
