In addition to this,water power can be drawn upon to an extentof 10,000 kilowatts. Perhaps the most important product of theSchenectady plant is the Curtis steam turbo-generator. In the great turbine shop arebuilt steam turbine-generators ranging incapacity from 400 to 35,000 horsepower. A great many novel processes are carriedon at the plant.
