Secured withlarge brass-headed nails and finished with a deep knotted fringeof red 525 Two Seventeenth Century Italian VS alnut ArmchairslUc High straight hacks, with carved acanthus-leaf finials, the head-rails carved with Mowers and leaves and a coat-of-arms in thecenter, carved and pierced horizontal splats, straight molded;t riiis on square supports, straight square legs, broad carvedfront-rails and shaped side-rails. Square wooden seats. Thecarving is (ticked out with gilding.
