"Williams, Inc., is spending his vacation some- where in Michigan. During his absence Charles Ulmer is in charge. Ed. Weaver, of Eandolph & McClem- ents, has just returned from a western motor trip. Postcards are being received by some of the trade from E. J. McCallum, who at the present time is in Europe. Mr. Berger, sales manager of the McCallum Co., is spending his vacation at Geneva on the Lake. Miss Anna Pearson, of Washington, Pa., just returned from her vacation in Canada. Warrick Bros., of Washington, Pa., expect to get into their new store October 1. W, T, Usinger and Oliver H. Lang bans, of the Pittsburgh Cut Flower Co., made a business and pleasure trip to Washington, Pa., calling upon the trade and attending the Washington county fair. T. P. Langhans, secretary of the Pitts- burgh Cut Flower Co., and his wife are at Atlantic City. An attractive announcement was mailed out by Dave Hill & Co., an- nouncing the opening of their store Sat- urday, September 2, but owing to the fact that the contractor was not able to complete the new store room by this time, the opening date was later set for Wednesday, September 6.
