OCEAN. (Aug. 28, 2018) Seaman Andrew Thein, from Sewickley, Pa., right, and Seaman Victor Contreres, from Phonix, Ari., stand aft lookout watch aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf (CG 72). Vella Gulf is currently underway conducting sea trials in the Atlantic Ocean.
