A ramp marshal guides a high mobility multi-purpose wheeled vehicle (HMMWV) off a landing craft unit (LCU) and onto the beach at San Diego, Sept. 16. Sailors of Beach Party Team (BPT) Foxtrot, stationed at Beachmaster Unit ONE (BMU-1), hosted the commanding officer of amphibious dock landing ship USS Comstock (LSD 45) during conventional operations in support of familiarization training.
