The location of bathroom over front entrance hall is not satisfactory for plumbing. This is one of the three-room deep types of plan which is only suitable for verywide lots when so many of the rooms have to depend on getting their light fromthe side. The position of the bathroom opening directly off the kitchen is distinctly badand an improvement could have been made to the plan by a small commonhall to serve the two rear bedrooms and bathroom.
