Ignacio Villasenor, Detention Facilities Officer for the Solano County Sheriff's Office, flies with the United States Air Force Thunderbirds at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., May 5, 2017 as the Hometown Hero. In his twenty-eight-year career, Villasenor has worked almost every duty assignment available, is responsible for overseeing and guiding all newly hired law enforcement recruits, and is an academy instructor. Villasenor also coaches soccer for several local school teams, and is an active player for various community soccer teams as well.
