Technical Sgt. Andres Tovar, 824th Base Defense Squadron security forces, assesses and advises the Costa Rican air vigilance service on fundamentals of counter narcotic detection training, during a three-week building partnership capacity mission with the SVA, May 16 through June 9, 2018. The mobility training team's mission was to train and advise the SVA in aircraft interdiction, aircraft maintenance, base defense and dog handling as they continue to counter illicit drug trafficking throughout the region.
