YOKOSUKA, Japan (March 14, 2018) Sailors assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) and Task Force 70 spend time with Japanese Sailors from the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force helicopter carrier JS Izumo (DDH-183) during a language exchange at Naval Base Yokosuka. Ronald Reagan is the flagship of Carrier Strike Group 5, providing a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
