A Britten-Norman BN-2B Islander aircraft, operated by the Falkland Islands Government Air Service. One of the best-selling commercial aircraft types produced in Europe, the Islander was originally designed and manufactured by Britten-Norman in the United Kingdom during the 1960s. Over 750 are still in service with commercial operators around the world.
