In cases in which a very complex examination seems desirable, and theseare relatively few, special tests should be made for form and color. Thehemianopsic defects as they occur in tumors, and in cerebral palsies (firstdescribed by Freud), the concentric limitations occurring in hysteria, arethe most common defects in children.
