The subsequent designation ol Achilleum' mille- poraium Minister. 1S41 as the type species of ^ia d'Orbigny, 1X4^) by dc (l^).'^.^: ) is invalid and a new type species has to be cIioncii, I'his is necessary bcc,\use.
