Hurricane Katrina, Boutte, LA November 14, 2005 - New Orleans teacher Alison Silber was hired by FEMA just after her school was unable to open due to Hurricane Katrina's devastation. Alison is working in a FEMA Disaster Recovery Center assisting other hurricane victims.
