Luis Fermín de Carvajal, Conde de la Unión, 1752 – 1794. Officer in the army of the Kingdom of Spain. In 1794 during the French Revolutionary Wars, he commanded the Spanish Army against the forces of the First French Republic. He was killed while leading a charge in the Battle of the Black Mountain during the War of the Pyrenees. After a work by Agustin Sellent.
