Ambassador Toshinao Urabe grace the opening of Japanese Film Festival dubbed as “Eiga Sai 2014” which kicks off the 18th year of Philippines-Japan friendship month. 16 films were screened with the ‘family’ theme in each movies. Families are the basic units of every society and upholding family values is one of these years thematic handle of Eiga Sai. The Japanese movie ‘Homeland’ is the opening film of the festival.
