The conditions of the gift are that the tract shall continuouslyand forever be designated as The Garden of the Gods, and shallbe maintained and used as a public park, free to all; that no intoxi-cating liquors shall ever be manufactured, sold or otherwise dis-pensed upon the premises; and that no buildings other than thosenecessary to care properly for the property shall over be erected.
