Recruits with Bravo Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, scales a wall during a confidence course event at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, June 25. Upon scaling the wall, recruits practiced multiple Marine Corps Martial Arts Program techniques. Other obstacles in the course included the Monkey Bridge, Skyscraper Wall Climb and several others. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. Bravo Company is scheduled to graduate Aug. 31.
