Jathere (ancestors-home) Family/Relatives are invited weeks before to attend the ceremony. "Mehndi(henna) ki Rasam" - part of the ceremony is completed a day before. Child's mother, relatives, friends as well as child hands are decorated with henna. Next day early morning all family members/relatives proceed towards "Jathere" (ancestors-home) with "Band-Baaja" (traditional music players).
