This van is part of the Courier Systems company, a UK company that uses a carbon offset scheme to balance their carbon emissions and ensure that all their transport is carbon neutral. The offsets are done by the Carbon Neutral Company. Carbon trading is done in units of carbon dioxide. This is the main greenhouse gas that contributes to man-made global warming, also known as anthropogenic global warming (AGW). It is thought that the main increases in carbon dioxide are due to the burning of fossil fuels for energy.
