(Jan. 23, 2023) –Trident Refit Facility, Bangor (TRFB) team member Ken Barnes (left), TRFB Moonshine Lab (Code 021) work lead, discusses shop productivity with TRFB’s leadership during a gemba. The Moonshine Lab actively engages in the prototyping and development of innovative improvements in support of the waterfront workforce. Each week, TRFB leadership personnel visits a different production area of the facility for a first-hand look, which is referred to as a “gemba.”
