(Nov. 16, 2016) – Ivy Gervacio (center), a front desk associate for Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) Navy Gateway Inns & Suites (NGIS), accepts the Front Desk Associate of the Year runner-up Award from Cmdr. Karen Stabelfeldt, NBK Unaccompanied Housing (UH) officer and Edgar Deocampo, NBK NGIS general manager, at the All-American Restaurant, NBK-Bremerton. NGISs are evaluated on their lodging operations to include facilities, customer service, finance, and management, are accredited and evaluated periodically based on established performance standards.
