These passengers were at firstforcibly ejected, where force was necessary, and everyone of thesecases was taken by the city and made the basis of a suit prose-cuted by the city attorney against the Union Traction residents of Austin, headed by an Alderman from that sec-tion, amused themselves for a week or more by form
