FTSE 100-listed British Sky Broadcasting Group (BSkyB) held its AGM in the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Central London, a group of around 20 protesters from the group Avaaz gathered outside calling for the Chairman, James Murdoch to resign and/or for the company to be closed down. One protester wore an oversized mask of James Murdoch. The protesters were joined by the MP for Rhondda, Chris Bryant and the MP for Bromwich, Tom Watson, who have spoken out against the company since the phone hacking scandal.
