In garden landscape with architectural fountain, trees with vines & flowering plants, a girl collects water from the fountain into a hat Borders missing; fragment (Cavallo). This scene with a girl filling a hat with water from the fountain derives from the Country Sports series, notably the Blindman's bluff scene. It is thus very likely that before this tapestry was cut down it was originally part of a whole composition depicting the game of Blindman's bluff (Soustelle).
