The box is filled with seven inner boxes and two stacks of a total of twelve chip trays. The lids of the inner boxes and four of the boxes are decorated with figures in a water landscape with pavilions, surrounded by decorative bands, seven of the tokens are decorated with playing card figures against a background of tendrils and one has the word 'game' against the same background. The inner boxes contain a total of one hundred and twenty-seven mother-of-pearl tokens, in three different sizes. They are decorated with engraved landscapes and all have the inscription 'LtL', ornaments, art, anonymous, China, c. 1830 - c. 1840, geheel, fiches, l cm × w cm × h cm l cm × w 2 cm l cm × w cm d 3 cm
