JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (April 7, 2017) – Naval Hospital (NH) Jacksonville Command Master Chief (CMC) Patrick Campbell (outgoing), hands Capt. David Collins, NH Jacksonville commanding officer, the cutlass signifying the changing of authority from outgoing to incoming CMC. During the ceremony, the CMC being relieved presents the cutlass to the commanding officer and requests permission to be relieved.
