B-1 makes its 10,000th combat mission


SOUTHWEST ASIA – Airman 1st Class Bradley Skelton, 9th Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Unit crew chief and native of Batesville, Ark., replaces tools after prepping a B-1B Lancer for launch at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia Feb. 24, 2012. The B-1 made its 10,000th combat mission two days later and Skelton was selected to be a crew chief for the historic flight.
