FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (Nov. 7, 2016) Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, assembles the ramp of a Mabey Johnson Bridge as part of NMCB 3’s Final Evaluation Problem (FEP). FEP prepares and tests the battalion’s ability to enter hostile locations, build assigned construction projects and defend against enemy attacks using realistic scenarios while being evaluated by Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1.
