A large German ivory sculpture "Pan and Nymph", probably Erbach, 2nd half of the 19th century Exceptional carving with depiction of the god of the woods, clad in vine leaves, holding a flute in his left hand, at his side a nymph with thrown-over cloth and flowers, at her feet a young satyr and a childlike nymph. Tiered socket with rich carvings, on the sides satyrs' heads, on the front as well as on the back figurative scenes and floral motifs. Not signed, but with assembling sign "V" (front) and "H" (back).
