City of Chester, England. Artistic view of the south façade of the historic Chester Cathedral, viewed from St Werburgh Street. The cathedral is more formally known as Chester Cathedral of Christ and the Blessed Virgin Mary. The scene includes the south exterior of the nave (on the left) and south transept (on the right). This photograph has been produced by merging three differently exposed images of the same scene. All of which were captured at approximately the same time - on a tripod mounted camera – and digitally processed to produce the resulting artistic rendition of the scene.
