Japanese People Protesting against PM Shinzo Abe's 2015 Japanese Military Legislation (which allows Japan's military deployment overseas for non self-defense purpose), along Odori Park, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan (2017). In 2015, Japanese PM Abe pushed for change in legislation to allow Japan's Self Defence Force (SDF) for overseas deployment. Under Japan's pacifist constitution, SDF is only allowed to deployed for self defence purpose. This move resulted in much unhappiness and protests amongst Japanese who opposes any move to change Japan's pacifist constitution.
