British Ambassador Dame Menna Rawlings lays a wreath at the tomb of one of the unknown WWI Scottish soldiers buried at the official opening of the Loos British Cemetery extension, only the second such extension undertaken by the Comonwealth War Graves Commission in France since WWII.
