B>., male, fifty years old. Headache for twenty-seven yearsin a circumscribed place on the right parietal region. The roentgenogram showed a very marked thinning of the skull wall atthis point, which, from the shape, was to be considered as caused by a vein his plexus (Pacchionian body).
