The Americanpeople are tired of hearing learned and entertaining lectures delivered under theguise of sermons; they hunger and thirst for the preaching of the faith, unweak-ened by doubts, criticism or explanation, uncompromisingly delivered, as Dr. Tal-mage gave it.
