Walkers approach Top Withens, reputedly the setting for Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights, on the moors above Haworth, West Yorkshire. The path leading to the ruins form part of the Pennine Way, the 270-mile long national trail between Edale in Derbyshire and Kirk Yetholm in the Scottish Borders
