Sydney Australia Nov 26th 2019: A sudden and very short lived storm (3 mins) ripped through suburbs in northern Sydney snapping trees and power poles leaving a carnage of fallen trees, power lines and blocked roads. It took over a week to restore electricity power to the many homes affected and many more weeks to clear fallen and damaged trees. As of January 2020 there are still homes with temporary roofing covers and countless lengths of fences still to be repaired.
