Howell. The exhibitwill be located at the Canal street station of the ClevelandIllnminating company, and will consist first of a workingdemonstration of the new monocyclic system. It will in-clude a 230 volt four-pole fifty kilowatt 575 revolutiondirect current motor of the latest type, which will be run bycurrent taken from the Cleveland companys circuits. Beltedto this motor will be a monocylic eight pole sixty kilowatt900 revolution sixty cycle generator, the current from whichwill operate a fifteen kilowatt induction motor making 900revolutions pet minute. This will be belted to a four polenine kilowatt S50 revolution direct current dynamo furnish-ing current to a load of incandescent lamps and Thomson93 incandescent arc lamps. The current for the induc-tion motor, at 1,040 volts primary, will be taken from the. GEORGE A. MANSFIELD, monocyclic generator to two of the General Electric recentlydesigned type G 60 cycle transformers of 7j^ kilowattscapacity each, and will thence be brought to the motor. Inaddition, tire monocyclic generator will have as a load a 1,000wait and a 15,000 watt type G the second-aries connected to a suitable lamp load. To the 1,04c voitprimary circuit, taken from the generators of the Illuminat-ing company, will be connected a twenty kilowatt 125 cycletransformer; a three-wire secondary will run from this andfurnish current to 104 volt lamps. In the primary circuit astation primary Thomson recording wattmeter will be con-nected. The secondaries will be loaded to their capacitywith incandescent lamps, Thomson 93 alternating arcfocusing lamps, Thomson induction fan motors, etc. Thecurrent on tiie secondaries will be measured by Thomson Elwell-Parker Electric Company ofAtiierica. One of the latest acquisitions to the electrical enterp
