Picture by Roger Bamber: 4 July 2013: Heritage Plaque installer Cliff Bishop of "England's Ornamental Plastering", fixes a Blue Plaque to the side of a house at number 11 Sillwood Road, Brighton, where landscape artist John Constable stayed with his wife and family while painting in Sussex in 1824. The house formally known as 9, Mrs. Sobers Gardens is now lived in by two artists.
