Col. James Groark, Ordnance School acting commandant, addressed audience members during the Ordnance Officer Candidate School Class 66-1 50th Reunion and Memorial Dedication Ceremony that took place on the Ordnance Campus June 13. Groark later helped to unveil a bronzed memorial plaque listing the names of class members.
