Thomas Troubridge (c1758-1807) English naval officer who rose to the rank of Rear-Admiral. Entered the Royal Navy in 1773, served in the East Indies, at the Battle of Cape St Vincent, and Aboukir Bay. In 1807 his ship foundered of Madagascar and he and his whole crew were lost.
