He answered that he made a fine in the time of Hall,treasurer. Therefore it is ordered that view and search be made inthe time of Hall, and if the fine be not so recorded, that he then beamerced loli. Fine afterwards pardoned. Greseley in the said term was elected marshal according to thenew ordinance, and he answered that he was unable to exercisethe said office. Therefore he was amerced 10//., of which he wasafterwards acquitted. Hunton in like manner elected butler, and answered that hewas unable to exercise the said office, therefore he was amerced was afterwards pardoned. Amercements of the Autumn vacation :—Bewffo, for the wholevacation, 20s. ; Tate, for the whole vacation, 20s.; Cotterell, for thewhole vacation, 20s. ; Elis, for the whole vacation, 20s., whereof hewas pardone
