The 'Hoegh Osaka' stranded in the Solent, Hampshire, England, , on the 5th January 2015. The vessel ran aground on Bramble Bank on the evening of the 3rd January 2015 shortly after leaving the Port of Southampton. According to a Jaguar Land Rover spokesman the vessel was carrying 1,200 of its vehicles. There are also believed to be 65 Mini cars and a quantity of heavy machinery used in the construction industry.
