Benjamin M. Stevenson, b. Apr. 10, 1825, d. 16, 1890. Hiswife, Kate Stevenson, b. 1829, d. Apr. 10, 1903. These had one son,John F., b. Aug. 3, 186S, and d. Apr. 9, John Fletcher Stevenson, , b. Nov. 30, 1836; was a surgeonin the 29th Conn. Regt (colored-) during the Rebellion, and throughpromotion became surgeon of an army corps.
