Lochcarron village on the edge of the tidal Loch Carron, Wester Ross, NW Highlands of Scotland. North Coast 500 route goes through the village on the A896. Fuar Tholl also known locally as Wellington's Nose is the snow capped mountain that dominates views of the village. The picture is looking from the top of Slombay Island.
